this one explicitly says the artifact is not available yet but the chairs awarded them an Available badge anyway🤬

Looks good to me. Sad to see that both MSFT and Baidu don't seem to make the artifact available. Funny to see this when they ask only for the available badge.
To be honest I'm not sure what to do about the paper that only have available badge, but their artifact is not available and likely never was. Since this will be consumed by reproDB, I'm inclined to simply remove those two lines and add a comment at the bottom that the available badge for these two papers cannot be supported by a repostory.
Then we also don't do anything about papers that a) close the github repo, or b) delete the zenodo entry.
